1. About the Platform

Aaranya Naturals is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects natural farm product sellers ("Sellers" or "Store Owners") directly with consumers ("Customers") across India. We act as an intermediary platform and are not the seller of record for products listed by individual stores.

Aaranya Natural Products Pvt Ltd is registered under the Companies Act 2013 and complies with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this platform. By using Aaranya Naturals, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Customers register using their Indian mobile phone number (OTP-based). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are found to be fraudulent, or are used for unauthorised bulk purchasing.

4. Products and Pricing

All product listings, prices, descriptions, and availability are managed by individual Sellers. Aaranya Naturals does not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions or the continuous availability of any item.

Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST. Delivery charges, if any, are displayed separately at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred due to technical glitches or typographical mistakes.

5. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. A binding contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select stores and pin codes, at the Seller's discretion.

6. Delivery Policy

Delivery is fulfilled by individual Sellers, with logistics handled through Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed.

Aaranya Naturals is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon dispatch from the Seller's facility.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled by the Customer before the Seller confirms or ships the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds: Refunds are issued for: (a) items not delivered within 10 business days of the estimated date; (b) items that arrive damaged or spoiled; (c) orders cancelled by the Seller.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the refund being initiated. For UPI and wallet payments, processing may be faster.

Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy) cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive in a damaged or unusable condition, which must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment credentials
• Resell platform products commercially without authorisation
• Submit false or misleading product reviews
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Aaranya Naturals — including the logo, design, text, and software — is the property of Aaranya Natural Products Pvt Ltd and is protected under Indian copyright law. Product images and descriptions remain the property of respective Sellers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Aaranya Natural Products Pvt Ltd's liability to you for any claim arising out of use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Aaranya Naturals is a technology platform, not a food safety authority. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should verify product ingredients directly with the Seller.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the platform and/or registered mobile number. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
